  • Your contact details (such as your WhatsApp number or email);
  • Your questions and any details you choose to share for the reading;
  • Payment information — this is collected and processed by third-party payment providers, not stored by us.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Prepare and deliver your reading;
  • Schedule sessions and send you reminders;
  • Answer your enquiries and provide any agreed follow-up;
  • Process your payment and keep basic records of your booking.

3. Third-party services we use

We rely on trusted third parties to run the service. When you interact with us, some of your information may be processed by them under their own privacy policies:

  • WhatsApp / Meta — for messaging and bookings;
  • Payment provider — to process UPI and payment-link transactions;
  • Google Calendar — to schedule sessions;
  • Meta / Facebook advertising pixel — to measure and improve our advertising.

4. Cookies & analytics

This website may use cookies and similar technologies — including the Meta/Facebook pixel — to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you from booking a reading.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your information only for as long as needed to deliver your reading, provide any follow-up, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights & how to request deletion

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email daivikank@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note we may need to retain limited records where the law requires it.

7. Children's privacy

Our readings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
