1. About our service

Daivikank provides Vedic astrology and numerology readings as a form of guidance and consultation for personal insight, reflection and entertainment. Readings are intended to help you think through questions about love, career and life's turning points. They are based on traditional systems of interpretation and on the birth details you provide.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Astrology and numerology are interpretive practices. We do not guarantee any specific result, prediction, outcome or event. Any decision you make after a reading is your own responsibility. You should use your own judgement and not rely on a reading as the sole basis for important life decisions.

3. Not professional advice

Readings are for guidance and reflection only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you need help in any of these areas, please consult a qualified professional. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a doctor, a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

4. Booking & scheduling

Sessions are slot-based. To book, you choose a package and share the details required for your reading (such as your name and your date, time and place of birth) and we confirm an available time. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details — the quality of a reading depends on the accuracy of the information you give.

5. Payments

Payment is made in advance to confirm a booking, via UPI or a secure payment link. Prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time; the price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies to that booking. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers — we do not store your full payment details.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled slot.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may not be refunded.
• Readings are non-refundable once delivered.
• If we ever need to cancel or reschedule from our side, we will offer you a new slot or a full refund.

7. Your conduct

We ask that all interactions remain respectful. We reserve the right to decline or end a session, without refund, in cases of abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour. Readings are provided for your personal use and may not be recorded, resold or republished without permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking.
